# Privacy

> Wallet2Wall collects only what it needs to hang the print and to write about the order. It never asks for a seed.

## Who we are

Wallet2Wall is the shop at https://www.wallet2wall.com. This policy covers the site and the print orders placed through it. Read it with the terms of sale.

## What an order keeps

- Name, email, a phone if one is given, and the shipping address.
- The piece that was pasted: the public image address, the frame, the size, and fill or a paper mat.
- The order id, what was paid, whether the payment was by card or in XRP, and the production reference once a job is sent.
- Messages about that order.

An r-address, a token id, or a marketplace link is looked up on the public ledger and on public marketplaces so the piece can hang. Those records are already public. A card payment is taken by the card processor. The shop keeps that the charge succeeded. It does not store the full card number or the security code.

## What is never collected

A seed, a private key, a keystore, or a wallet connection. The shop never takes custody of a token. An XRP payment is sent from an address the buyer already holds. Orders are not sold and are not used as a marketing list.

## Why, and who sees it

The record is used to make the framed print, to ship it, to send tracking, to handle a replacement or a refund, to keep a tax and accounting record, and to deal with a dispute. The public image is used only to make the print and, for a short time, to replace it if needed.

The print house receives the name, the ship-to address, a phone if one was given, the frame and size, and the image. The courier receives the name, address, and phone. Before the print house receives the file, an image-review service (xAI) receives the public image address only. The card processor receives the card charge. An XRP payment is a public ledger transaction. The shipping address is not published on the ledger. Google Analytics receives the page that was opened. It does not receive the order, the card, a seed, or the shipping address, and it is not used for ads. The shop also counts the page, the country the connection came from, and whether the visit was direct, from a search site, or from another site. That count has no name, no address, and no record of what was pasted, and it does not set a cookie.

The print may be made in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, or Australia. The name, the address, and the image travel with the job.

## How long, and the browser

The order is kept for as long as it is needed to ship, to replace, to account for tax, and to deal with a dispute. The image is not kept as a gallery. The cart stays in the browser. An open checkout stays in that tab and is dropped when the tab closes. Google Analytics stores one measurement cookie. There is no advertising cookie and no ad pixel.

A buyer may ask what is held on an order, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for a deletion where the law allows it. Write from the order email. Contact: hello@wallet2wall.com.
