# Shipping

> Each piece is framed, packed, and sent to the address on the order. The studio makes it nearby when it can. Production, then ordinary economy transit. Not overnight.

## Where do you ship?

The United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Ireland. Economy shipping to those countries is included in the price shown, unless the shop writes otherwise before payment. It is not overnight or express.

Where Wallet2Wall is registered to collect tax, that tax is calculated from the ship-to address and added before payment, on XRP and on card. Where it is not registered, checkout does not add that tax, and any duty or VAT on arrival belongs to the recipient. The same tax is not collected twice.

Framed prints are too large for most P.O. boxes. Give a street address the courier can reach, and a phone they can use if no one is there. Australia is the usual exception. If a destination cannot be fulfilled at the price shown, the shop will write and may cancel and refund.

## How it is made

The print is held for 24 hours after payment. Write to hello@wallet2wall.com from the order email in that window to cancel, and include the order id. After 24 hours it enters production and cannot be cancelled. The studio then prints, frames, and packs. The job is made as close to the ship-to address as the studio can, typically in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, or Australia.

Framed prints are usually made in two to four working days after those 24 hours. A more complex frame can take up to a week. Weekends and public holidays do not count.

## How long it takes

Transit is in addition to production. The times below are working days after the studio hands the parcel to the courier. They are estimates, not a calendar promise. Customs, holidays, weather, strikes, and a failed delivery can add time.

- United Kingdom, made there: 2–3 working days. Treated as missing after 5.
- European Union, made there: 5–7 working days. Treated as missing after 15.
- United States, made there: 4–6 working days. Treated as missing after 10.
- Australia, made there: 2–5 working days. Treated as missing after 10.
- New Zealand: 7–10 working days. Treated as missing after 20.
- Between those regions: 10–15 working days. Treated as missing after 28.

A print made nearby is often about two weeks from the paid job. A print that travels between regions takes longer.

## Tracking and the parcel

Framed prints are tracked. The number arrives when the studio hands the parcel to the courier. Look it up at https://www.wallet2wall.com/track with the order email and the order id. Every United States order is tracked. A number is not warranted on every other destination if the studio cannot supply one.

What arrives is a framed print, packed, ready to hang. Fill or a paper mat, as chosen. The size is the print opening, not the outer moulding. The glaze is typically clear acrylic, not window glass. The shop does not ship unframed paper.

The shop ships to the name and address on the order. A mistyped address is not a print fault. If the job has not been dispatched, the address may still be corrected. Once it is on the road, a change cannot be promised. If the parcel comes back, a reship is charged. If it does not come back, a new print is a new order.

Damage on the way: photograph the parcel, the packing, and the print within fourteen days of delivery and write from the order email. The remedy is a reprint or a refund of that print.

If a paid print has not been delivered within thirty days of the order, write to the shop. It may be cancelled and refunded, unless the delay is an address that was given, a failed delivery, or an event beyond the shop’s control.
