# Terms of sale

> You buy a framed print of a piece you already love. The token stays in the wallet. The print hangs on the wall.

The page for a person is https://www.wallet2wall.com/terms. Effective 4 October 2026. Shipping, returns, and privacy are part of the contract. Where one of those pages says more on a point, that page governs that point.

## The contract

These terms are the contract with Wallet2Wall, the shop at https://www.wallet2wall.com. Placing an order is an offer to buy the print on these terms. The shop never connects a wallet, never asks for a seed or a private key, and does not hold tokens. It is not a wallet, an exchange, or a custodian.

You must be 18 or over. The print is for personal use: a wall, or a gift. It is not a licence to reprint the image for sale.

## The product

A physical framed print, packed ready to hang. Not the token. Rights in the artwork stay with whoever already holds them. The size is the print opening, not the outer moulding. Fill covers that opening, under the acrylic. A paper mat is board around a smaller window of the same shape. If the art is not the same shape as the opening, the edges are trimmed. The wall at checkout is the print being bought.

A wood finish is an oak-effect laminate, not a solid oak board. The glaze is typically clear acrylic, not window glass. The shop does not ship unframed paper.

Holding a token does not, by itself, give the right to print it. The buyer confirms the right to have the image printed for personal use. The public image must stay fetchable until the print is made. If the file disappears or will not print, the job may be paused or cancelled, and a paid print is refunded.

## Payment

Pay in XRP or by card. Prices are in US dollars. An XRP quote locks a live rate for about ten minutes. Xaman signs a payment to the shop. It does not import tokens. The studio does not print before payment is confirmed. There are then 24 hours to cancel by email.

The total is the framed print, ordinary economy shipping to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Ireland, and any tax the shop is registered to collect. Where it is not registered, checkout does not add that tax, and duty or VAT on arrival belongs to the recipient. The same tax is not collected twice.

Card refunds return to the card. XRP returns to the address that paid, unless another r-address the buyer controls is given.

## Delivery, cancel, and quality

The print is held for 24 hours after payment. Write to hello@wallet2wall.com from the order email and include the order id. There is no cancel button. If that letter arrives inside the 24 hours, the print is refunded in full. After 24 hours it enters production and cannot be cancelled. The frame, size, fill or mat, shipping service, and address stay.

Production is typically two to four working days, and up to a week for a more complex frame. Transit is ordinary economy on top of that. A print made nearby is often about two weeks. Those times are estimates. If a paid print has not been delivered within thirty days of the order, it may be cancelled and refunded, unless the delay is an address that was given, a failed delivery, or an event beyond the shop’s control.

A change of mind after production is not a return. Damage, a missing parcel, or a material fault is a reprint or a refund of that print. Photograph the parcel, the packing, and the print within fourteen days. Slight differences from the screen are ordinary in print, not a defect. A crop approved on the wall is the product that was bought.

## What the shop will not print

The image must be lawful to print for personal use, and must not show a minor in a sexual or exploitative way. The shop may refuse, pause, or cancel a job it cannot lawfully print. A refusal after payment is refunded. Nothing in the terms limits liability the law will not let a contract limit. Subject to consumer rights a country does not let the shop exclude, these terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
