# Track a print

> Look up a Wallet2Wall print with the order email and the order id from checkout. The shop never asks for a seed.

## How to look it up

Use the order email and the order id from the paid screen. The XRP destination tag also works. When the studio hands the parcel to the courier, the tracking number lands on that page. If the id is lost, write to hello@wallet2wall.com from the order email and the shop can match the job.

## While it is in production

There are 24 hours after payment to cancel. Write to hello@wallet2wall.com from the order email and include the order id. There is no cancel button. After that the print enters production. Times are on https://www.wallet2wall.com/shipping. Damage or a missing parcel is on https://www.wallet2wall.com/returns.
