House policy
Privacy
We collect only what we need to hang the print and to reach you about the order. We never ask for a seed.
01 Who we are
Wallet2Wall is the shop at www.wallet2wall.com. You contract with the operator of that shop. This policy covers the site and the print orders placed through it. It should be read with the terms of sale.
02 What we collect
When you place an order we keep:
- Your name, email, a phone if you give one, and the shipping address.
- The piece you pasted: the public image address, the frame, the size, and fill or a paper mat.
- The order id, what you paid, whether the payment was by card or in XRP, and the production reference once a job is sent.
- Messages you send us about that order.
If you paste an r-address, a token id, or a marketplace link, we look that up on the public ledger and on public marketplaces so the piece can hang. Those records are already public. We do not open a private vault.
A card payment is taken by our card processor. We keep that the charge succeeded. We do not store the full card number or the security code.
03 What we never collect
We never ask for a seed, a private key, a keystore, or a wallet connection. We never take custody of a token. An XRP payment is sent from an address you already hold. We do not sell your order, and we do not use it to build a marketing list.
04 Why we use it
We use it to make the framed print, to ship it, to send tracking, to handle a replacement or a refund, to keep a tax and accounting record, and to deal with a dispute. The public image is used only to make your print and, for a short time, to replace it if we must.
06 How long we keep it
We keep the order for as long as we need it to ship, to replace, to account for tax, and to deal with a dispute. The image is kept only while it is needed to make the print and, for a short time, to reprint if the parcel is lost or damaged. It is not kept as a gallery of what you pasted. Backup copies are overwritten on their ordinary cycle.
When a record is no longer needed, and the law allows it, we delete it. We protect order records with access limits and with encryption while they travel. No method of storage is perfect. Write to us if you believe an order record has been misused.
07 On your device
The cart stays in storage on your browser so the prints remain while you shop. An open checkout, including the order id and the receipt, stays in that browser tab and is dropped when the tab closes. Google Analytics stores one measurement cookie so we can see which pages are opened. It does not see your card, your seed, or your shipping address, and we do not use it to advertise to you. The shop’s own page count does not set a cookie. We do not run an advertising cookie or an ad pixel.
08 Your rights
You may ask what we hold on an order, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct it. You may ask us to delete a record where the law allows it, including where we no longer need it for the print, for tax, or for a dispute. Write from the order email so we can match the request to the job. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the data regulator where you live.
This policy may change. The date at the top is the version in force. An order already placed keeps the policy in force on that day.
