House policy
Terms of sale
You buy a framed print of a piece you already love. The token stays in the wallet. The print hangs on the wall.
01 This contract
These terms are the contract between you and Wallet2Wall, the shop at www.wallet2wall.com. When you tick the box at checkout and place an order, you offer to buy the print on these terms, together with the shipping, returns, and privacy policies. Where one of those pages says more on a point, that page governs that point.
We never connect a wallet. We never ask for a seed or a private key. An r-address you paste is already public on the ledger. We are not a wallet, an exchange, or a custodian, and we do not hold your tokens.
02 Who may order
You must be 18 or over, and able to enter a contract, to place an order. You confirm that the email, a phone the courier can reach, and the name and address on the parcel are yours to use, and that you will keep that email live until the print has arrived or any claim is closed.
The print is for personal use: your wall, or a gift. You are not buying a licence to reprint the image for sale, to sell copies, or to sell our physical print as your own line.
03 The product
You buy a physical framed print, packed ready to hang. You do not buy the token. We never take it. Rights in the artwork stay with whoever already holds them. When you have paid and the print is delivered, the object on the wall is yours. The Wallet2Wall name and lockup stay with us.
Each print is made to the piece, frame, size, and sit you chose. The size you pick is the print opening, not the outer moulding. Fill covers that opening, under the acrylic. A paper mat is even board around a smaller window of the same shape as the opening — not a window cut to your file. In both sits, if the art is not the same shape as that opening, the edges are trimmed. The wall at checkout is the print you are buying.
The moulding is satin-laminated wood as the studio supplies it. A wood finish is an oak-effect laminate, not a solid oak board. The glaze is typically a clear acrylic, not window glass. We do not choose a different glaze unless we say so.
A print studio makes, frames, and packs the piece. A courier carries it. Their ordinary limits on what they will print, where they will ship, and how they pack, apply to the order. We do not ship unframed paper from this shop.
04 Your rights in the image
Holding a token does not, by itself, give you the right to print it. You confirm that you have the right to have this image printed for personal use. Do not paste a piece you are not allowed to reproduce. You keep every right in the token and the file. We use the public image only to make your print, and to replace it if we have to.
If someone claims the print infringes their rights because of the image you pasted, that claim is yours to handle. You will cover Wallet2Wall for loss, costs, and reasonable legal fees that come from that image, except where the claim is about our own name or our own mistake.
The image must remain a public https file we can fetch until the print is made. If the file disappears, is blocked, or will not print, we may pause or cancel the job. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund that print.
05 Orders
An order is an offer to buy the print at the price shown at checkout — in US dollars, or in XRP if you pay on the ledger. We are not bound until payment is confirmed and we accept the job for production. A confirmation email is not, by itself, us accepting the job to print.
The email, the name on the parcel, and the address are yours to get right. Check them before you pay. A wrong address is not a print fault.
If a cart holds more than one print and any line cannot be made, we may cancel that line or the whole order. You pay only for the lines we accept. We may refuse or cancel a job if the print cannot be made, if the file will not print, if we cannot serve the destination at the price shown, if the price was shown in error, or if these terms are broken. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund what you paid for the cancelled print.
06 Payment
You may pay in XRP or by card. Prices on the shop are in US dollars. If you pay in XRP, we lock a live rate for about ten minutes when you start; the locked XRP amount is what is due. If you pay by card, we charge the dollar total. We never ask for a seed. Xaman is used only to sign a payment to the shop. We never import your tokens through Xaman.
XRP is paid to the shop address with a destination tag for that order. Payment is confirmed when that payment is validated on the XRP Ledger. Card payment is confirmed when our card processor tells us the charge succeeded. The studio does not print before that. You then have 24 hours to cancel by email, as set out below. The browser cannot mark an order paid.
If you send less XRP than the locked amount, the order is not paid. If you send more, we do not owe a second print. A later move in the dollar value of XRP does not change a locked quote. A payment sent without the tag we issued, to the wrong address, or after the quote expired, may not be matchable.
The total is the framed print, ordinary economy shipping to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Ireland, and any tax we are registered to collect. Shipping is not overnight or express. Tax is calculated from the ship-to address and added before you pay, on XRP and on card. Where we are not registered, checkout does not add that tax, and any duty or VAT on arrival belongs to the recipient. We do not collect the same tax twice. If we cannot fulfil that destination at the price shown, we will write to you and may cancel and refund. If a price was shown in error, we will write with the correct price. You may confirm the order at that price, or cancel it. If you cancel, we refund what you paid.
When a refund is due, card charges return to the card. XRP returns to the address that paid, unless you give us another r-address you control. If that address cannot receive XRP, we will ask you for one that can.
07 Delivery
The print is held for 24 hours after payment. The studio then prints, frames, and packs. That is production — typically two to four working days, and up to a week for a more complex frame. Transit is ordinary economy, on top of production. A print made nearby is often with you in about two weeks. A print that travels between regions takes longer. Those times are estimates, not a date on the calendar. Customs, holidays, weather, and a courier who cannot complete delivery can add time. Destinations and working-day windows are in the shipping policy.
Framed prints are tracked. Look the number up on the tracking page with the order email and the order id from checkout.
Risk in the print passes to you when it is delivered to the address on the order. If the courier cannot complete delivery because no one is there, or the address will not take the parcel, that is not a print fault. Keep the parcel and the packing until you have looked at the print.
If a paid print has not been delivered within thirty days of the order, write to us. You may cancel that print and we will refund what you paid for it, unless the delay is an address you gave, a failed delivery, or something beyond our control. If a dispatched print has not arrived after the missing window in the shipping policy, counted from the day it was handed to the courier, write to us. We will replace it on the terms in the returns policy. Beyond that refund or replacement we are not liable for delay, except where the law does not allow that limit.
08 Cancellation and returns
Every print is made to the piece you paste: the moulding, the size, and fill or a paper mat. You have 24 hours after payment to cancel. After that the print enters production. It cannot be changed or returned because you changed your mind. The frame, the size, fill or mat, the shipping service, and the address cannot be rewritten after that point, except where we agree in writing, and any extra cost is yours. A print made to your specification sits outside a cooling-off right that applies only to ordinary goods bought online.
To cancel inside those 24 hours, write to hello@wallet2wall.com from the order email and include the order id. There is no cancel button on the shop. If that letter arrives inside the 24 hours, we refund the print in full. After 24 hours the print is in production, it cannot be cancelled, and the print will be charged.
We do not take an unused framed print back into stock. If a print arrives damaged, missing, or faulty in a material way, your remedies are a reprint or a refund of what you paid for that print, as set out in the returns policy. Photograph the parcel, the packing, and the print within fourteen days of delivery and write to us from the order email. Do not send a print back until we ask. If we do ask, pack it as carefully as it arrived. We cover reasonable return postage against a receipt when the fault is ours. We are not liable for damage caused by poor packing on the way back.
09 Quality
Prints are framed fine art prints on paper, under acrylic. Slight differences in colour, grain, or moulding from the way the piece looks on a screen are ordinary in print, not a defect. A file that is light for the size you chose will print softer. The shop warns you when the file is light; that warning does not make the print faulty.
A crop you approved on the wall — fill, or the image in a paper-mat window — is the product you bought. How you hang the print, and any mark on the wall, is yours. After delivery we do not promise the print against sunlight, humidity, or fading.
10 What we will not print
You confirm that the image is lawful to print for personal use, that it does not show a minor in a sexual or exploitative way, and that you have the right to have it printed. Adult fine art, museum work, and adult figure studies may still be printed.
We may refuse, pause, or cancel a job that we cannot lawfully print, that our studio will not print, or that looks as if it belongs to someone else. That includes unlawful content, content that exploits a minor, sexual content involving animals, and content we reasonably believe we are not allowed to reproduce.
We look at the print file before the studio receives it, by machine and, if needed, by a person. That look is a house control, not a promise that every unlawful image will be caught. We may refuse without a long explanation. Where the law requires it, we may report illegal content to the authorities. A refusal is not a judgement on the token. If we refuse after you have paid, we refund that print.
11 Liability
If a print is missing, damaged, or faulty in a material way, we will replace it or refund what you paid for that print. That is the limit of our liability for the print, except where the law does not allow a limit.
We are not responsible for a ledger that is down, a marketplace link that dies, a token you no longer hold, an address you mistyped, a payment sent to the wrong place, a courier who cannot complete delivery, or customs on arrival. We are not liable for indirect loss, or for a loss of profit, chance, or data, except where the law does not allow that exclusion.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law will not let us limit. Rights you have as a consumer that a contract cannot take away remain.
12 Events beyond our control
If we cannot make or ship a print because of something beyond our reasonable control — a studio or courier failure, flood, fire, strike, war, epidemic, or a failure of the ledger or the network — we are not liable for the delay. If that lasts more than thirty days, either of us may cancel the affected print and we will refund what you paid for it.
13 Use of the site
Use the shop to hang a print you have the right to make. Do not probe, disrupt, or misuse the site. Do not paste unlawful content. Do not use a false email, or a ship-to address you are not entitled to use. We may refuse service where these terms are broken.
The site is provided as it stands. We do not promise that it will always be up, or free of error. Marketplace links, ledgers, and image hosts sit outside the shop.
14 General
We write to the order email. You write to us from that email, or to hello@wallet2wall.com. Email counts as writing. By ordering, you agree we may send order, shipping, and replacement notices to that address.
You may not pass this contract to someone else unless we agree in writing. We may use a studio and a courier to carry it out.
These terms, with the shipping, returns, and privacy policies, are the whole contract for the print. Nothing said in a message, a listing, or on the wall changes them unless we agree in writing. If we do not enforce a clause once, we may still enforce it later. If a clause cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version that applies to orders placed after it. An order already placed keeps the terms in force on that day.
You keep any consumer rights that the law of your country does not let us exclude. Subject to those rights, these terms are governed by the laws of the United States. A consumer claim that your country requires to be heard at home may be heard there.
