Where is the print

Use the order email and the order id from checkout. When the studio hands the parcel to the courier, the number lands here. If you lost the id, write to us from that email — we can match the job.

The order id is on the paid screen. The XRP destination tag also works. We never ask for a seed.

You have 24 hours after payment to cancel. Write to hello@wallet2wall.com from the order email and include the order id. After that the order enters production. Times are on shipping. Damage or a missing parcel is on returns.
